 Anmar
K. Sarafa, CFA, CIC is the Chief Investment Officer of Steward
Capital Management (SCM). His primary responsibility is portfolio
management for both institutional and high net worth client accounts.
He also conducts securities analysis, oversees marketing/sales,
and works with broker/consultants in offering SCM's investment management
services to clients. Mr. Sarafa makes the primary decisions regarding
the firm's investment strategy, services provided, and policies
and procedures. Mr. Sarafa is a member of the Financial Analysts
Society of Detroit and a member of the Assoc. for Investment Mgmt.
and Research.
Mr.
Sarafa earned a B.B.A. - Marketing ('82) and an M.B.A - Finance
('86) from the University of Michigan (Ann Arbor). He is a NASD
and NYSE Registered Securities Rep. ('87) and a Chartered Financial

 Haithem
K. Sarafa - Managing Director SCM, Birmingham. Mr. Sarafa's
primary responsibility is the management of all of SCM’s daily
operations. This includes: legal, accounting, tax issues, management
information systems, personnel and facility management. He also
handles portfolio management for assigned high net worth individual
client accounts. Prior to becoming SCM's Managing Director, Haithem
was an Investment Representative for SCM for two years.
Mr.
Sarafa earned a Juris Doctorate from University of Detroit ('85),
and a B.B.A ('79) and M.B.A. ('82) from University of Michigan (Ann

Cheryl
Clift,

Leah
King , Account Administrator, is responsible for portfolio administration
and accounting, Depository Trust Corporation interface for trade
confirmations and monthly procedures. She also provides support
to Haithem Sarafa. Leah has been with Steward Capital Management

Joan
Parker, Receptionist, came to Steward Capital Management from
a major retail corporation in March, 1998. In addition to Joan's
receptionist responsibilities she also assists in the day-to-day
administration of client accounts. jparker@stewardcapital.com
Controller
James
Larges, Controller, maintains all financial and accounting aspects
of Steward Capital Management. Jim earned a Bachelor of Science
in Business Management from Oakland University, Rochester, MI. Jim
began with SCM in December, 1992. jlarges@stewardcapital.com
Management
Information Systems
Joseph
Osberger - Director, Management Information Systems, is responsible
for Steward Capital Management's computer systems and web site.
This includes SCM's portfolio management-trading systems and all
external data sources. Joe earned a Bachelors degree from Lake Superior
State University and has been with Steward Capital Management since
